 Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen - my name is Ross Gagnon and I have been a member of Velo Allegro since 2002. I started riding in 1988 during college and raced until 1992. I entered the corporate world of hotel management in third quarter of 1992 and my riding fell apart. In 2002, I moved to Cypress, was referred to Velo Allegro, and after 6 years of club involvement - I'm still here...
I enjoy being a member and board member of the club because of the camaraderie and motivation to get out and ride with group on a weekly basis. If you are interested in becoming a club member give one of us a call and we'll get you started. Thanks for visiting and we look forward to seeing you on the road.

 I have been a member of Velo Allegro for 18 years. I have been very involved with the leadership of the club over the years having served as Vice President (2007 and 2006), Treasurer (2005, 2004) and Secretary (2003), I find it to be a fun and rewarding experience. I love cycling and Velo Allegro Cycling Club has been a perfect social and competitive environment for me to keep fit and healthy. I am a two time Men's Tandem Time Trial State Champion and actively race in road, mountain and cyclocross events. Happy riding! |

 I am pleased to be treasurer for the Velo Allegro Cycling team for the second year in a row. I have been involved in cycling in one aspect or another for most of my life. I started racing as a junior and raced competively through college racing for Long Beach State. I have also been a certified official and mechanic. I recently returned to racing again 2 years ago. I have been a member of Velo Allegro now for the past 4 years. Besides supporting the club as treasurer, I have also worked as the race director for the Baker to Vegas road race which was promoted by Velo Allegro. Whether you like to hammer or enjoy the camaraderie the club offers, we are glad to have you as a part of our club. |
