Your submissions to Quick Release are quite welcome. We're always looking for new information, stories, or photos to share with our readers. If you have a submissions, please refer to the following guidelines.

All submissions
Newsletter submissions should be via email to quickrelease@veloallegro.org. Please keep attachments under 1 MB; anything over may not get through or be accepted. Be sure to include your full name and a contact phone number in case there are questions about your submission. The newsletter editor retains the right to edit your submission for spelling, content, and clarity.

News, Stories, Events Submissions
Include who, what when, where, and why. Send your story as a Word 97/2000 attachment, ASCII text attachment, or as text in the body of your email.

Photos
Photos for the newsletter should be sent as follows:

• In grayscale mode
• At 240 ppi/dpi
• At 3.5" width
• Saved as JPG files with maximum (about 8 of 10) image quality
