Brad's back to "work", this time in one of the BMX-area booths. We're not sure what the products were (shoes are in the background), but no matter, Brad was buying.

White Lightning introduced two new items at the show. The photo shows The "Trigger", a new cleaning system that uses the cleaning power of their Clean Streak cleaning-agent with the scrubbing power of a chain cleaner.
Also making its debut is White Lightning's EPIC All Conditions Lubricant. Unlike traditional White Lightning, EPIC is not wax-based. But, EPIC isn't petroleum based either. EPIC is touted to provide your drivetrain with smooth and quiet shifting in all conditions, and the added protection of RUSTBLOCK to protect from rust and corrosion, even in harsh coastal salt-air conditions. This could be great for the many of us who live and die riding PCH.

We can't remember the name of this vendor but they were showing off patterned and reflective tires. The primary market is children's bikes but we can imagine a zebra-style Cipo road version if the tire compound isn't compromised by the pattern and reflective process.

Fondriest displayed a mucho custom paint job frame.
We were impressed with the Fondriest frame's incredible paint detail. Don't lean this top-tube against a light post.

DMT displayed a pair of its 53x11 Petacchi Ultimax Carbon shoes, signed by Petacchi himself.

BMC is a Swiss manufacturer, which might explain why this Team Machine SLT01 frame's got Swiss-cheese like holes in the lug. It must work and it looks cool.

One of these days we'll start taking better notes at the show. Until then, you'll have to bear with us because we forgot the name and the vendor of this product.
Still, the concept is simple and useful: a rubber-like "thingy" you can use to secure any item of your imagination to the handlebar. In this photo, a cell phone is held in place by the thingy.
Here's a photo of the aforementioned thingy laying flat.

This bike by Pegoretti caught our attention because of its retro-future styling. The frame and rims were painted to resemble wood. Real wood fenders and pannier rack were also part of the ensemble, as were toe clips. Retro so far, but then look at the carbon fiber cranks and seatpost. Extra style points are earned for the Spaghettios strapped on to the rack.

Media Planett, LLC has the bicycle's answer to the Escalade with spinner rims you usually see rolling up Crenshaw Blvd. Their called " Wheel F/X" (or "Wheel Effects") and their designed to "add 2D Visual, 3D Visual, Visual Illusions, Sounds and Motion Effects."
So if you've done titanium and carbon and are looking for the next thing in bling-bling, go get 'em yo!
