Course:	A .9 mile loop. Fast & flat with excellent pavement and bots dots. Great for spectators and photography! Runs clockwise. Specific streets are: Via Oro Ave. (western side. Start/Finish about 2/ 3 way up) W. Via Plata St. (north side) Via Alcalde Ave. (east side that runs adjacent to 710 freeway) W Carson St. (south side)
Directions:	Near the 710 and 405 Freeways. From the 405 exit South Santa Fe Avenue, right on West Carson Street, to race course & parking. Maps/directions using 4001 Via Oro Ave., Long Beach, CA 90810 from Google and Yahoo.
Registration:	ONLINE REGISTRATION: Register online at SOCALREG.COM. Online registration closes Thursday, July 24, 2007. MAIL REGISTRATION: Mail check payable to: Velo Allegro. Send to: Velo Allegro Cycling Club, PO Box 3585, Long Beach, CA 90803. Include USCF Standard Release form with entry - City of Long Beach waiver to be completed at event. Add $5 LATE FEE for entry postmarked after Tuesday, July 24, 2007. RACE DAY REGISTRATION: $5 LATE FEE. Registration opens at 6:30am & closes 10 minutes prior to each race. $2 USCF insurance fee included with entry. One day USCF license available for $10. Unattached riders add $5 except CAT 5 Men & CAT 4 Women. Additional races $10 after higher race paid.
Rules:	ALL USCF RULES APPLY. Helmets must be worn & buckled any time you are on the bike - no warnings! No warming up on the course.
Prizes:	CASH prizes per race unless otherwise noted - plus some really good primes. Note Cash Purse: if field is 50% full or less, then purse is reduced by 50%. Pro Racers: Eligible for Pro category purse and primes only.
Wheel Pit:	Wheels in, wheels out at your own risk.
Weather:	Neither rain, nor sleet, nor gloom of night will stop this race!
